Professor Dengel spoke to the interested representatives of the present insurance companies about "Intelligence at the Document Entry Point - Research Topics, Trends & Innovations". In this context he presented Insiders’ solutions surrounding multi-channel management.

At the event Insiders also hosted two discussions concerning current topics and challenges of input management in the insurance field. The round table discussion on "eMails in the Multi-Channel Management of Insurance Companies - Vision of the Future or Reality of Today?" and the Think.Café "Digital Insurance - Speed and Innovation for Sustained Growth" offered visitors a platform for a comprehensive exchange of information and experiences.

A Think.Café is a targeted method for discussion and brainstorming. All participants exchange thoughts concerning various questions at smaller tables and write their ideas and approaches on the tablecloth. By changing tables the Think.Café then allows the participants to expand their network of dialogs and to create new links between topics.
