Insiders at ECM Decision-Makers Conference

Insiders Technologies was present at the ECM Decision-Makers Conference on March 28th, 2012 in Munich. Highlight of the event was the presentation held by BCB AG about "Intelligent Input Management at Postbank".

Erwin Busch, department head at BCB, told the interested audience about the successful optimization of Postbank’s business processes on the basis of efficient document processing using the intelligent Insiders solution smart FIX. Betriebscenter für Banken AG (BCB) from Munich offers its customers various payment services as well as intelligent document management.

The effective solution was realized in close cooperation between Insiders Technologies, BCB and Postbank and now is one of the largest installations for intelligent management of incoming mail in the German-speaking market. At multiple sites spread across Germany incoming documents of Postbank, UniCredit and BHW with several hundreds of thousands of pages are processed daily. The solution is based on a central and standardized platform and processes all documents in a standardized manner.

The ECM Decision-Makers Conference with its main focus on “Efficient Processes, Real-Time Reactions, Satisfied Customers – ECM as a Competitive Edge” was held by Pentadoc AG and h+g editors GmbH in cooperation with Computerwoche. The visitors could inform themselves about current topics in the ECM field via presentations and the accompanying exhibit. Insiders Technologies presented its comprehensive solution and product portfolio surrounding intelligent document processing and business process optimization to the industry audience.
