4 steps to join our team

Step 1: The first impression

Send your application by mail or preferably by e-mail to bewerbung@insiders-technologies.de. In addition to your cover letter and CV we are also interested in your diploma and job references (grade overview, graduation and intermediate diploma etc.).

Step 2: An afternoon dedicated to applicants

The applicant afternoon is designed to allow all sides to get to know each other in a pleasant atmosphere. You are given the opportunity to find out more about Insiders and the start to your career. In addition to an open question and answer session you will be involved in exciting, interactive group exercises that reflect the normal working day at Insiders. The next step is an invitation to a "traditional interview" with the relevant department.

Step 3: You demonstrate your know-how

In a meeting with those responsible from the department, we will use your specialist qualifications as the basis and identify possible assignments. In doing so, we want to make decisions that both sides agree on and benefit from. Our aim is to align our needs with your individual strengths and interests.

Step 4: Welcome to the team

From the very first day you will be a fully-fledged member of the Insiders team. We will give you a detailed overview of our company and will help you to find your way around your new surroundings. In the orientation phase you will be accompanied by a mentor who will be there to help you at any time. You will also receive a customized training package at our Akademie and an introduction to our portfolio.
