On 14 May 2013, Insiders and Taunus Sparkasse presented the Insiders "smart INVOICE for Sparkassen" standard product for efficient processing of all incoming invoices in Sparkassen (i.e. savings banks). Numerous consultancy companies and representatives from the industry accepted the invitation to the joint presentation in Bad Homburg.

This year, Insiders was once again represented at the bonding job fair at the Kaiserslautern University of Technology on January 23rd, 2013.

Basler Versicherung presented the intelligent processing of complaints realized for insurance companies using products of Insiders Technologies at the "ECM Day 2012 Switzerland" in Baden on November 20th, 2012.

Insiders Technologies presented innovative products and solutions for multi-channel management in companies at the DMS Expo in Stuttgart on October 23rd-25th 2012. The specialist for intelligent input management and business process optimization from Kaiserslautern was once again represented at the most important European conference for enterprise content management with its own trade booth.

Numerous Insiders partner companies followed the sixth invitation of Insiders Technologies to exchange information and experiences concerning products and solutions for intelligent input management. With its new branding as "inco partner" the event on October 11th and 12th continued the successful series of Partner Days. Following this year’s motto "Success through passion" Insiders welcomed various representatives of the international partner network to Kaiserslautern.

The inco insurance 2012 took place on September 17^th and 18^th in the Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg in Königswinter near Bonn.

Main focus of the Insiders conference were current topics and trends surrounding intelligent multi-channel management and business process optimization in insurance companies. Along with the practical presentations concerning input management’s current questions and future strategies, discussion forums with specific topics provided opportunities for extensive dialogues and networking for the participants. Best practices for Insiders’ solutions from the user’s point of view as well as the presentation of current research fields completed the multitude of presented topics.
