Insiders' User Forum Input Management Insurance Industry

The Insiders’ user forum “Input Management Insurance Industry” took place for the first time on July 8th-9th, 2010 at the historic site of the Hambach Castle in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany.

Focus of the event were the challenges surrounding the future input management for insurance companies. Using this user forum Insiders Technologies offered the numerous participants from the insurance industry a forum to discuss and inform themselves about current and future topics concerning processing of incoming mail in their field: ranging from classic processing of paper documents and intelligent email management to multi-channel input management. Along with practical presentations concerning various topics, for example automation of business processes including full automation, service quality & customer loyalty or complain management, round-table discussions gave opportunities for in-depth discussions.

As key note speakers Dr. Christian Hofer, formerly HUK-COBURG Insurance Company board member, and Mr. Bernhard Zöller, managing director of Zöller & Partner, reported on innovative solutions and future strategies for the insurance industry. The two-day event was rounded off with an attractive accompanying program: for example a tour through the Hambach Castle, which is known as a symbol for and the "cradle of German democracy". The evening of the first day also included a culinary wine event in front of the historical backdrop of the Hambach Castle, framed by the vineyards of the German Wine Route, which gave the participants the opportunity to network and exchange thoughts in a relaxed setting.
