The use of smartFIX INVOICE Insiders Technologies powerful standard solution has resulted in efficient processing of incoming invoices at the Kiesel Group. In doing so, approximately 250 pages of paper are processed daily. The project was realized by our partner "Akzentum GmbH".

Insiders Technologies welcomed Reinhold Messner to the 4th Insiders Partner Day on the 7th and 8th of October in Kaiserslautern. The world famous mountain climber and frontiersman Reinhold Messner appeared in the Fruchthalle Kaiserslautern as guest of honor. Based on the motto "Moving mountains - A frontiersman's credo" Reinhold Messner highlighted the parallels between today's business world and the challenges surrounding international expeditions to the highest peaks for Insiders Technolgies' technology and distribution partners. 

Engelhorn KGaA from Mannheim in Germany has commissioned Insiders Technologies with the electronic capturing of incoming invoices. Using the solution smartFIX INVOICE an average of 1,000 pages per day are automatically classified and the relevant data is extracted.

The Insiders' user forum "Input Management Insurance Industry" took place for the first time on July 8th-9th, 2010 at the historic site of the Hambach Castle in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany.

Focus of the event were the challenges surrounding the future input management for insurance companies. Using this user forum Insiders Technologies offered the numerous participants from the insurance industry a forum to discuss and inform themselves about current and future topics concerning processing of incoming mail in their field: ranging from classic processing of paper documents and intelligent email management to multi-channel input management. Along with practical presentations concerning various topics, for example automation of business processes including full automation, service quality & customer loyalty or complain management, round-table discussions gave opportunities for in-depth discussions.

The "Bundesamt fuer zentrale Dienste und offene Vermoegensfragen" (BADV - Federal Office for Central Services and Unresolved Property Issues) processes their entire incoming mail in the field of additional medical assistance for governmental employees (Beihilfe) using the Insiders' solution smartFIX.

The important IT Service Centre of the Bundesfinanzverwaltung (Federal Finance Ministry) processes a daily average of over 20,000 pages. The project "Beihilfe" is being successfully carried out together with the "Zentrum für Informationstechnik" (ZIVIT - Centre for Information and Data Technology).
