General terms and conditions for standard training courses and webinars

Registration
All participant registrations must have been received by Insiders Technologies two weeks before the start of the training course at the latest. Participants should preferably register via the website (Trainingfinder). Sending the registration is considered as a binding commitment for participation.

If fields marked with an * are not filled in when you press the "Submit" button you will be requested to fill in the appropriate fields. If all the fields marked with an * are filled in when you press the button the registration is submitted.

A requirement for successful course participation is the prior knowledge specified in the description of the training course.

The number of participants for standard training courses is limited to 8.

 

Registration confirmation
After registering, the participant will receive a provisional registration confirmation by e-mail containing the registration data. If the minimum number of participants have registered one week before the planned training course starts Insiders Technologies will send confirmation that the course is going to take place.

With webinars, this final confirmation also contains the access data for the web session and the telephone conference.

 

Cancelation on the part of the training course participant
The following cancelation terms shall apply.

  • Cancelations must be sent in writing or by e-mail to training@insiders-technologies.de
  • Cancelations up to three weeks before the start of the training course are free of charge.
  • In the event of cancelations up to two weeks before the start of the training course, ten percent of the course fee will be charged.
  • In the event of cancelations up to one week before the start of the training course, fifty percent of the course fee will be charged.
  • The full course fee will be charged if participation is canceled later than this.
  • A change of date shall be treated as a cancelation and re-registration.
  • A substitute participant can be named free of charge as long as the substitute participant complies with the participation requirements.

 

Cancelation on the part of Insiders Technologies
Insiders Technologies shall reserve the right to cancel training courses if the minimum number of participants have not registered by one week before the start of the course or the trainer cannot attend or due to any other significant reasons.

Once it becomes clear that a training course has to be canceled by Insiders Technologies, all participants will be informed without delay. Course fees that have already been paid will be reimbursed. Insiders Technologies shall not be liable for any other claims in this respect.

If a substitute date is offered for the canceled training course, participants must register again for this course.

 

Course fees
The course fee for standard training courses and webinars is specified in the registration dialog of the training course and in the current version of the training course description.

All prices are non-binding and statutory VAT must be added. Subject to changes and errors.

 

Organizational requirements for webinars
The following requirements must be complied with in order that a registered participant can take part in a webinar: The participant requires a PC with internet access. Before the webinar begins, he/she shall start the TeamViewer participant program via the link sent by Insiders Technologies. The participant requires a telephone in order to take part in the telephone conference that is held at the same time. It is not necessary to install the Insiders product locally on the participant's PC.

General terms and conditions for in-house training courses

Registration
In-house training courses are only held on prior agreement. It is advisable to plan the in-house training course as early as possible in order to be able to ensure that it can be held on the date you wish and that any customer-specific or project-specific training content can be prepared individually.

The number of participants is limited to 8.

 

Course fees
The course fee for in-house training courses is specified in the current version of the training course description and will be invoiced plus preparation and travel costs as incurred. Quotations will be drawn up on an individual basis as agreed.

All prices are non-binding and statutory VAT must be added. Subject to changes and errors.

 

Organizational requirements on the part of the client
The client must ensure that PCs with the required set-up are available.

Furthermore, the client must make rooms available on-site that are suitable for holding the training course. In particular, the following equipment is required in addition to the aforementioned PC set-up:

  • Projection screen
  • Projection system for the trainer's PC
  • Flip chart or whiteboard

A detailed list of the hardware and software requirements and the equipment needed in the room specific to each training course will be provided by the relevant trainer in good time before the course starts.

The training course PCs will be inspected and approved by the trainer on the last working day before the course starts. This must be taken into account for scheduling the training course and for the availability of the training PCs.
